4th Plain Task Force

Who We Are

A partnership of residents, home owners, businesses, neighborhood associations, community service and faith based organizations, and local government dedicated to revitalizing the 4th Plain Corridor of Vancouver, Washington.

We are a catalyst that stands for sparking initiatives that empower a network of community-based organizations to strengthen our community by:

* Celebrating our International Diversity
* Improving our Quality of Life
* Supporting Sustainable Living Practices
* Increasing Home Ownership
* Reducing Crime and Graffiti
* Improving Transportation Access and Service
* Creating an Alliance of Businesses
* Improving Access to Community Services
* Investing in Neighborhood Character
* Promoting Local Commerce
* Strengthening opportunities for Economic Development

We have organized ourselves around three Coalitions:
Business: Viability and Growth
